RESOLUTION NO. 3380
AUTHORIZING ERECHTION OF' SURVEY CONTROL PROJECT AGREEMENT
WITH THE UNITED STATES COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY FOR A
SURVEY CONTROL PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WHEREAS, the United States Ooust and. Geodetic Survey is willing to under-
take the work of establishing in the City of Alameda approximately' five (5) trian-
gulation stations an8 first order traverses at advantageous paints throughout the
City; and
WHEREAS, said services require special services cf a professional and
technical nature, and special technical skill;
VOW, THEREVERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the form of contract to be entered into by and between said United Staten
Coast and aecdotic Survey and the City' of Alameda, submitted to this Council
HIld filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda this day, and. the terms,
agreements and provisions thereof be, end. the same are hereby, approved,

hereby authoriznd and directed. to exacute, and the City CDerk. to attest, on be-
half of the City of Alameda, a controat substamtislly it the form and containing
