FURNISHING AND INSTALLING PARKING METERS, CALLING
FOR BIDS AIM DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE
THE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA thdt the Stecifications
and Spscial Provisions prepared by the 1%' Engineer for furnishin and instalGG
ino Parking Meters, numbered PW 9-46-3, and filed in the office of the City Clerk
or September 13, 1946, be, and the same LTC hereby, approved ard adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the performance and comtletion of the work
specified in said Specifications anr Provisions. be, no the same is hereby,
authcilzed.
RBSOLVID :FURTHER, that the Council of the City cf Alameda will receiru
sealed bids up to the hour of 803 ovolook P.. M., on Tuesday, October I, 1946,
for the furnishing to the City of Alameda of 311 labor, materials; equipment,
methods and processes, imblemenXb, tools and machinery necessary and required to
install and put in complete order for use, Parking Meters, as set forth in. the
said Specifications 1301 Special Provisions. Bids must be presented tc the City
Clerk, in the City Ern, in. Alameda, California, andur sealed cover and plainly
marted on the outside "Prebosal for Llrm016l and Installing Parking Meters",
or similar designation.
Contract, it awarded, will de awarded, subject to the
Charter of said. City, to the responsible bidder who submikp the
bid. The riobt is reserved to reject aay or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by any.
