APPROVING FINAL MAP SUBMITTED BY ROBERTS ENTERPRISES,
INC., OF PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF TRACT 782.

VIERFAS, horeOefore, Roberts Enterprises, Inc., as Subdivider, has
filed a tentative map of proutesed subdivision of Tract 782, and. the same has
been approved; and
19DERYAS, said sutdivIder has entered into a contract with the City
agreeing to perform certain work of imProvement in connection with said.
Tract 782; and
WHERRAS, said Subdivider has now filed its final map of the sub-
division orr the City Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REGOLYED BY THE caJnaL OF THE CITY OD ALAMEDA
that said final mapg as filed. by said Subdividor, be., and the same is hereby,
approved, upon condition that o surety company bond in the penal sum of $30,000.
guaranteeing the faithful performance of any' and all work to be done by the
