ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FROM EDGAR A. JONES AND MAUD BELL
JONES, His WIFE, OF aFRTAIE REAP PROPERTY AND CONSENT-
ING TO THE RECORDATION THEREOF. am
WHEREAS, a certain innerture dated the 31st day of August, 1946, made
by and between. Edgar A. tones and Maud Bell torso, his wife, as parties of the
first part, and the City of Alameda, a mdmicinal corporation, as party of the
second part, wet, on or about said tae, executed and delivered by said grantors
to the said City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture said grantors grant1 d. to the City' of Alameda
all that certain piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the City of
Alameda County of Alameda, State of California, and described as follows:

WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, un September 13, 194, accent said
conveyance and .. acouired possession. of the above described parcel of real. property;
