ACEPTIBP., CON1 EY/010F FROM JOHN C. GRANTHAM AND SDIRLEY
A. GRANEIBUT OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTING TO
AWN RECORDATION THEREOF.
WI:RDAS, a certain indenture dated the 50th day cf August, 194L, made
by and between John C. Grantham and Shirley A. Grantham, as parties of the first
part, and the CitT of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as party of the second .
part, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered e, said ,'mentors to
said City' of Alameda; and
=CAS, by said indenture said grantors granted to the City of Alameda
all that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and bedng in. the City of
Alameda, County of Alameda, State cf California, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northeasterly
line 1) Liberty Avenue produced Southeasterly:with the State
Tide Land Shore Tine, as the said avenue and State Tide Land
Shore line aro shown on the map hereinafter referred to:

Records, end lying Southeast of Idberty and Garfield Tract,
Alaaeda, California, filed April 2, 1821 in Mat Book 19 at
page 44, Jr the office of the County Recorder of Alameda Co.
Reference is made to said 1300 0110 for further particulars, and
WHEREAS, the City' of Alameda did, on September 13, 1946, accept said
conveyance and acquired possessi.un cf the above described parcel of real broperty;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ERE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALANEDA
that the aforeaentioned. indenture be, and tee same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the Git' of Alameda, enA, said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents' to the recomdation of salo indenture and orders this Reso-
lution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 1158 of the Civil Code of
the State of California.
