Fund pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5, Division I, Fart 2, of the Health 'and
Safety Code of the. State, of California (Chapter 1)62, Statutea of 1947, as amended)
and the provisions of lioaolutipn No, 3650, adopted by th.is Council on November le,
1947; and
WHEU'AS, the SUP ef $35,716.50 has been expended from the Gerkkoal Fund. for
the purposes authorized in the act ref,, rred.. to and in said resolution, namely for
pubalc health purposes;
NOU THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
tha sum of $3,716.50, be, and the oame is hereby, transferred from the Special
Public Health Fund to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authDrized and directed to make
said transfer on their reopective books.
