BEVIIRLGE CONTROL FUTD TO THE dENERAL FUND
WEEREAB„ certain moneys have been delivered to and received by the City 3f
Alameda from the State cf California and. deposited. In the Alcoholic Beverage Control
Fund pursuant to the provisions or the lcoolie Bancrage Control Act (Statutes of
1935, page 1123, as amended), and the provisions of Resolution No. 2212, adopted by
this Council on December 7, 1937; and
WREREAB, there has her ). expended from the General Fund of the City, solely
for the purposes specified in said Act and in said MesolutRrh, the sum of *21,584.69
in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Pollee Department;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF Th4 CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the sum of T.21,584.69 be, and the same is hereby, transferred. from the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Fund to the General Fund,
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized '33 directed to make
said. transfer on their respective books.
