RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions. filed in. the office of the City Clerk on May- 18, 1954, No. MS 5-54-12,
for operating a refreshment concession in the restaurant located. in the Alameda Golf
Club House ann at the refrbshment stand. at the twblfth tee on. the Municipal Golf Course,
in. the City of Alanoda, California, for tbb period boo:Inning July 1, 1954, and ending
June 30, 1.956, bn, and the same are hernby anoroved and adopted.
RIEOLVED, FURTHER, that thn Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 ogslook 3, Mh on. forshey, Juno 1, 1954, for thn
privilogn of cpnratlng a refreshment concession in the rnstaurant located in the
lannda. Fmnicipal Gnif Club House and at the refreshment stand at the twelfth tee
on the said Specifications. Bids muet be prcsented to the City ClnrER in the City
Hall, in Alameda, California, tinder sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside
roposal for Operating Refreshment Concession at Aaameda Municipal Golf CourseT,
or similar designation.
Said Specifications and Provisions may 11 had by any' prospect/en bidder
on acclimation to the City Clerk, at her office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who sunnits
the. highest and. beet bin. The right is reserved to reject any or ell bids.

a notice calling for sealed bidg in accordance with the provisions of this resolutiom
