AUTHORIIING EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN CITY o ALAMEDA
AND ALAMEDA. UNIFIED SCHOOL, DISTRICT OF A POTTPION OF
MoKINLET. PARK KNOWN AS THOMPSON FIELD
WHEREAS, the Alameda Unified School Dist-Act, a. public body, desires to
lease from the City of Alameda a portion. of McKinley Park, known as Thompson Field,
for use as a football field and for other sports, for the period of ore (1) yoar: and

cuaarly describing toe portion of said. park to be leased, has been prepared and. sub-
mitted to this Counnil at its regular meetiny held. on August 3, 1954;
NU4 THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of said City be, and he . is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest, en benalf of the City, a lease substantially th the form
and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the aforesaid form of lease.
