ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT PTOM CHARLES W. WOOLDRIDGE
AND 31 31 B. WOOLDRIDGE, HIS WIFE AND AGOSTINO MAFFEI
AND ANGELINA MAFFEI, HIS WIFE, IN CEIITAIN REAL PROPERTY,
FOR SEWER PURPOSES, AND CONSENTIUG TO THE RECORDATION
THEREOF
WHEREAS, a certain indenture, .dated the 23rd day of July, 1954, Made by
and between Charles W. Wooldridge and Lois B. Wooldridge, his wife, and Agostino
Maffei and Angelina Maffei, hls wife, as joint tenants, parties of thp first part,
and City of Alameda, a npnicipal corporation, as party of the second part, was,
on or about said date, executed and delivered by sale, parties of the first part to
the City. of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantors therein named. granted to the City
of Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time to
time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew an underground sewer
in, through, under and along that certaln piece or strip of no in the City of
Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, 330 more particularly.. described in
said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City- of Alameda did, on. the 17th. day of A.'dEust, 1954, accept
said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the saif real proportyi
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE TBE CITY OF 1' 34. that the
aforemnntlered indenture be, and the sane is hereby, accepted o3 . behalf of the City of
Alameda, and said. City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby consents
to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to be attached tEnreto,
as required by Section 27281 of thn Government Code of the State of Californla.
