SND JACQUELINE B. RYNBERG, BIS WFFE, IN CERTAIN' HEAL
PROPET.TY, FOR SEMER PURPOSEB, AND CONSENTING. TO THE
'RECORDATION THEREOF yy
WHEREAS, a certain indentuTs dated the 9th day of August, 1954, madB by
and between Frank R. Rynberg and jacqueiine B..Rynberg,' his wife, parties of the
first pagt, and City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as party of the second
nlrt, was, on or aPout said date, executed '-Ind delivered hr said parties of the
first part to the City of Alameda.; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantors there1 n. named granted to the
City of Alameda. a pmrmallent easement and right of way to, at any time, construct,
maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew an underground sewer in, through,
under and along that certain piece or strip of land in the City of Alameda, County
of Alamoda, State of California, and more :Particularly described in said indenture;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 1Ft11 . day of August, 1954, accept
said. conveyance and arquired possession of the said easement in the said real 91110 101'L
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforementioned IndentuTe be, and the same Is hereby, accepted on behaif of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, 10491 for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said indanture and orders this resolution to be attach
ed thereto, as required by Section 27281 of' the Government Code of the State of
Caldfornia.
