ACCEPTING JRART OF EASEMENT PROM IfOliN C. BONATO AND
DaRis M. BONATO, HIS WIIFE, IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY,
FOR SEWER PURPOSES, AND CONSENTING TO THE RECORDATION
THEREOF
WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated thn 29th day of July, 1951, made by and
between Sohn C. Donato and Doris Y. Bonato, nis wife, parties of the it part, and
City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as party of the second part, was, on or
about said date, executed and delivered by said parties of the first part to the City
of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantors tterein named granted to the City
of Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time to
time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, rencve and renew an underground sewer
Through, under and along that certain piece or strip of land in :he City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, and more narticultrly described in said
indenture; and
HEREAS, the City. of Alameda did, on the 17th day of August, 1.954, accent
said conmnyance and acquired possession of the said easement in tho said real property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the :aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolatinn to be
attached. thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
I, the undprsignad, hereby certily that tbe foregoing Resolution. was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in. regular
5111 351 assembled on the 17th day of August, 1954, by the following vote, to wit:
