ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM CHISISTINE HANE;;;
IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY., FOR SEWER PURPOSES, AND
CONSENTING TO THE RECORDATION THEN:NOR
WHEREAS a certain indenture duted the 30th day of July, 198a, made by and
between Christine M. Ha;nsen, a single woman, party of the first part, and City of
Alameda, a municipal corporation, as party of thn second rnrt, wan, on or about, medn
date, executed and delivered by said pm ty of the first part to tho City of Alameda;
and
WHEREAS, y said innenture, the grantor therein named granted to the City
o3 Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time to
time, construct, maintain, operate, "3 41'I remove and. renew an underground storm

City- of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly.
described in said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the, City of Alameda did, on the 17th day of August, 1954, accept
said conveyance and acquired possession of the said. eauement 13' the said. real property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforemuntioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Aleruda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to be
attached thereto, as required by Sectiun 27281 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
