ACCEPTING GRANT OP BASEMENT FROM BAYARD SHARP, IN
CERTAIN HEAL PROPERTY, FOR SEqER PURPOSES, AND
CONSENTING TO THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
WHF2EAS, a certain indenture dated. thp 29th. day of Joly, 1954, made by
and between. Bayard Sharp, patty of the first part, and City of Alaneda, a municipal
corporation, a party of the second part, was, or or abodt said. date, executed and
delivered by said party of the first pont to the City cf Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said. Undentdre, the grantor thercin named gircnted to the City
of Alameda a permanent easement and ripbt of way to, at any tine, or from time to
time, construct, maintain, opetate, replace, remove and renew an underground storm
sewer in, through, under and . along that certain piece or strip of land in the City
of Alameda, County of Alpcmcda, State of California, and nore particularly described
in said indenture; and
HEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 1Ttt day of August, 1954, uucePt
"'1 11 centeyanec.and acquired possession of the said 4' 41, in the said real property;
NOW THER1FROBE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF' ACTRMEDA that
the aforementioned indenture be, and tde danr is horeby, dtperted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in beheif of said City hereby
consents to the recordation of said indentuhg and orders this resolution to be
attached thereto, as required. by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State
of California,
