ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM MARVIN C. FOGY:AI:CUT
AND WILMA R. ROCKABONT, HIS WIFE, IN CERTARN REAL
PROPERTY, FOR SEPPER PURPOSES, AND CONSENTING TO THE
RECORDATION THEREOF,
WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 30th day of July, 1954, made by and
between Marvin. C. Hockabout and Wilma R. Hockahont, his wife, parties of the first
part, and City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, ss party of the second part, was,
on or about said date executed and dbllvered by said parties of the figst part to
the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantors therein named 077 7075 to the City
of Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to, at any' time, or from time to
time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew an underground sewer
to, through, under and along that certain pibce or strip of land in the City of
Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and 170 01 particularly described
in said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 17th duy of August, 1954, accept
said conveyance and acquired possessibn of the said easement i011 . the said real property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and. in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to be
attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State
of Callfornia.

meeting assembled on the 17th dny of kagust, 1954, by the following vote, to wit:
