Resolution 05010RESOLUTION NO. 5010 IN MEMORIAM TO c S. WILLIAMS WITH PROFOUND SORROW, the Council of the City of Alameda records the death of one of its loyal and civic-minded citizens, GEORGE S. WILLIAMS; WHEREAS, Mr. Wliliams was very hiphly esteemed for his personal interest in the welfare of the community, and for his active leadership in the fraternal organizations or. the City; and WHEREAS, he had. served thp City- faithfully and diligently for many years - having been a member of the Board. of Education and of the City Planning Commission.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MRSOLVED, that, in recognition of Mr. Williams, wholehearted. participation in the civic and fraternal activities of this community, the Council. of the City of Alameda hereby expresses its sense of personal loss and its gratefulness for the untiring efforts expended. by Mr. Williams in promoting the best interests of the City. BE IT DUMBER RESOLVED, that this Resolution. be spread in full upon the minutes of' this meeting, and that a copy thereof be transmitted to the family of Mr. Williams, that it may extend. to its members a sincere expression of sympathy and connolence ii, . their bereavement; and. 01 IT =THEM RESOLVED, that when this meeting of the Council. of the City of Alameda aEjourns, it shall do so In respect to the memory of GEORGE S.
