RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specificetions and
and Provisions for furnishing: to the City of Alaneda 90. single pendent type lighting
standards with luminaires, No. MS 6-5M-13, filed. in the office of the City Clerk on
12 1- 21, 195R, be, and, the sse are hereby approved and. adopted.

sentbd to the City- Clerk, in. the City Hall, Alameda, California, undpr sealed cover
and, plainly mmrked on. the outside, 'Proposal for 90 lighting standards with lumin-
aires", or simnel.' deg:gig:nation.
Contract, if awarded, will be swarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of seld City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all :pies.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star„
a. notice calling for '1 bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifications and Provisions.
