ATTEREAS, e certain indenture dated. the 31st day of January, 1957, made
by and between John S. Chamberlain on Velma L. Chamberlain, his wife, es grantors,
and the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as grantee, vJas, on or about
said date, executed and delivered by sail grantors to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, said grantors therein named grantee to the
City of Alameda, a permanent easement and right f way to, at any time, or from
time to time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and no underground
storm drains in, through, under nd along 3 strip or parcel of land situated in
the City of Alameda, County of Aluseda, State of Califernia, and more particular-
ly descrioed in said innenture,; and
WHICREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 15th day. of February, 1955,
accept said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said
reel property;

that the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the: City of Alameda, and. said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to.tho recordation of said identure and orders this.
resolution to be attached. thereto, as requirbd 2, Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the fmregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introefuced and adopted by the Council of tire City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on tho 15th day of February, 1975, by the following
vote, to wit:
