Works, Division of Bighwayo, has presented. a Second. Supplemental Memorandum of
Agreement, in accordance with a 'project statement eulooitted for exp.enditures by
the City of the gas tax allocated under the provisions of Sections 194 and 2107
of the Streets end Fidrl,cys Coae, for the fiscal yeahr 14-1955, for streets of
major importance other than State highways, in the City. of Alameda; and
NEEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said
agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY. TEE OCEBTOIL OF FEE CITE CT ALATESA
that said project statement Ce; and it is herebyg adopted as the budget of
roposed embenditures of the gas tax allocated for streets of majox importance
other than State hiarvnys, and said Second .Enmplosental 1 liCTIO.71 of
Agreement be, and the same is hexeby approved, and the hb,nune the Oity. Ulerl
are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be
