WHEREAS, certain moneys have been deposited in the In Bleu Tax Fund
pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2887, adopted by this Council or.
July 1, 1943; and
WHEREAS, the sum of t:24,,,892.14 has been expended from 1' General
Fund for the purposes authorized in the Act referred to in the said resolution,
namely, for law enforcement and the rec;uletica and control and fire protection
of highway traffic in. the City Cr Alameda;
NOW THEREFDRF, BE IT RESOLVED NY TBE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIMITDA
that the soh cf D24,692.14 be, an6 the same is heroby transferred from the In
Lieu Tax Fund to the General Fund.
Dna: Audltor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their respective books.
