qETEREAS, certain moneys have been delivered to and received by the
City of Alameda from the Stpte of California and deposited in the Alcotiolic
Deverar;e Control Rind pursuant to the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverae
Control Act (Statutes of 1935, pae 1123, as amended), and the provisions of
Resolution No 2212, adopted by this Council on December 7, 1937; and
V1=3, there has been expended from the General Fund of the City,
solely for the purposes spucified in said 2ct and in said .,esolution, the sum
of 13,72 00 in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Police
Department;

that the sum of 13,725.00 be, and the sane is hereby, transferred from the
Alcoholic lk,,vera66 Control Fund to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer OR their respective books.
