13 COMPLETION OF ITEPROVEMEMS IN SUBDIVISION EVOWN
AS TRACT :781250
WHEREAS, Abraham Korman and Sara Flofnan, mdfe, have prepared for
approval of the City Council the Final Map of that certain subdivision known as
Tract 0_250; and
WHEREAS, the said Abraham Forman and Sara Ebfman, his .wire, have
requested. the City of Alameda to authorize the construction. of the improvements
in said subdivision subsequent to the approval by the City Council of said
Final Map, 4i12 have signified their willingness to enter into an .agreement with
the City of Alameda for the construction 11 said improvements and to post a bond
guaranteeing faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with the
provlsions of City of Elamedu Ordinance No. 700 N.S.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that it will be to the advantage
aO d benefit of 1.'' City of Alameda to have said work performed; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement covering the cohstrubtion of improvements
ip. said Tract )11250 has been prepared and submitted to this Council at its
regular meeting held March 15, 1955, and hae been .ordered. filed with tha City
Clerk of said Cty;
