BE IT EESCIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF IRE CITY OF ALAMEDA that appointment
by the City Clerk of Deputy City Clerks to check referenciwn petition signatures
be, and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed, and the compensation of such
Deputy City Clerks is hereby fixed et $9.00 par diem.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of April, 1955, by the following vote,
to wit:
