DETEHMINING THAT FEWIEED FURNITURE FOR LINCOLN PARK
CLUBHOUSE CAN FE PURCHASED AT A Loves PRICE IN THE
OPEN MARKET THAN BY INVITING BIDS THEEEON
WHEREAS, it has been determined by this Council that certain furniture
and equipment of widely diversified types required for Lincoln Park Park Clubhouse
can be purchased. at a lower price in the open market than by inviting bids thereon;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to purchase the furni-
ture and equipment heretofore mentioned in the open market.

and, regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
