ACCERTING GRANT 01 EASEMENT FitOM FRANK A. GOTTST11N
AND GERTRUDE A. GOTTSTEIN, HIS WIFE, IN CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY, FOR SANITARY SEWER, AND COGSENTING TO THE
RECORDATION THEFLEOF
WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 31st day of March, 1955, made bY
and between Frank A. Cjottstein and Gertrude A. Gottstein, his wife, as grantors,
F,nd City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as grantee, WRS, on or about said.
date, executed. and delivered by said grantors to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, sold grantors therein named granted tn the
City CILV of Alameda -a permanent easement and. right of way to, at any time, or from time
to time, construct, maintain, operate, reolace, remove and renew an underground
sanitary aewer in, throu0., under and along that certain piece or strip of land
10 feet in width, situated in the City cf Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, and more particularly describd in said indenture; and.
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 19th day of A ril, 1955, accept
said. conveyance anc . acquired possession of the said easement in the said real pro-
perty;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,A 9't
that
the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, aecepted.on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City,
hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to
be attached thereto, as required. by Section :=.7281 of the Government Code or the
State of California,
