RESOLVED BY 13IE COUNCIL OF 1300 CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing:
Item 1: Non Premium Gasoline;
Item 2: Ethyl Gasoline,
to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1956, NC. MS 5-55-11,
be, and. the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing:
Item (a) Quarry Waste;
Item (b) Earth Fill at City Dump;
to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending Crane 50, 1956, No. 105 5-55-9,
be, and the sane are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing:
Medium Curing Plant-mixed Shrfaeing Paving Mixtures to the City of Alameda,
for the fiscal year ending June 50, 1.556, 130. MS 5-55-8, be, and the same are here-
by, approved and adopted.
301SONVED, FURTHER, that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing:
(1) Class "A" Portland Cement Concrete Transit Mix;
(2) Class "B" Portland Cement Concrete Transit Mix;
to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1956, No. MS 5-55-10, be,
and the same are nereby, approved and adopted.
BE 1? FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Alameda mill
receive sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, June 7, 1952,
for the furnishing to the City of each and all of the above enumerated supplies,
in accordance with the individual Specifications and Previsions therefor. Bids
must be prehented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under
sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside with the designation of the
supplies to which said bid applies. Eids may cover one item or a combination of
items and ale Council reserves the right to let the contract for any of said
supplieh to one bidder er several individual bidders.
Contracts, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid
for any and all of said Supplies, nue right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of ttis
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of May, 1955, by tee following vote, to
