RESOLUTION NO. .5108
AUTHORIZING TUE PRESIDENT OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY MAYORS
CONFERENCE TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BEFORE THE
ALAMEDA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN THE NATTER CF
URGING ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED FORMULA FOR TIE
DISTRIBUTION OF CITY-COUNTY GAS TAX MONEYS.
WHEREAS, the Alameda County Mayors Conference has worked out a proposed
formula for Oity-County Gas Tax allocation, which proposed formula is to be
presented to the Alameda County Board of Supervisors;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED d THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAIEDA
that said formula be, and the same is hereby approved, and that the President of
the Alameda County Mayors Conference he and he is hereby authorized to represent
and act in behalf of the City of Alameda in tne presentation of this matter before
said Board of Supervisors and urging adoption thereof.
