TRANSFERRING 446,400.00 FROM THE 1955 MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND (GOLF COURSE) TO THE CAPI-
TAL OUTLAYS FUND
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, that in order to make
payment of Architect's fee of .5,000.00 and Bond Attorneys, fee of $1400.00, the
sum of 6,4.00.00 be, and the same is hereby transferred from the 1955 Municipal
Improvement Bond Fund (Golf Course) to the Capital Outlays Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books and records.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of June, 1955, by the following vote,
