RESOLUTION NO. 5132
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH ALAMEDA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR FURNISH-
ING TO THE CITY A QUALIFIED ADMINISTRATOR AND
SUPERVISOR OF THE CITY'S RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda entered into an agreement with the Alameda
Unified School District for the services of a qualified person to administer and
supervise the City's Recreation Department for the period from July 1, 1954 to
June 30, 1955; and
WHEREAS, the School District wishes to renew said agreement for e period
of one (1) year, from July 1, 1955 to June 30, 1956, and by said agreement the City
shall pay for said services the sum of $325.00 per month;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Memorandum of Agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest the same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of June, 1955, by the following vote,
to wit:
