RESOLUTION NO. 5139
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD.
RFZOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of
the Mayor, FRANK McCLINTOCK is hereby appointed to the office of member cf the Public
Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 1955, and
ex:piring on June 30, 1959, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is
qualified; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that SHERWOOD JONES be, and he is hereby appointed
to the office of member of the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a
term expiring on June 30, 1958, to fill the unexpired term of John M. O'Dea,
deceased, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 21st day of June, 1955, by the ;following vote, to wit:
