AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARRY A. BRUNO,
ARCHITECT, FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION
WITH NEW GOLF COURSE CLUB HOUSE.
WHEREAS, Harry A. Bruno, architect, is willing to undertake the work of
preparing drawings and to direct and supervise the erection and completion cf a new
Golf Course Club House to be located on the City of Alameda Now Municipal Golf Course
on Bay Farm Island; and
WHEREAS, said architectural services, consisting of preliminary drawings
and the direction and supervision of the, construction work in connection therewith,
require special services of a professional and technical nature, and special tech--
nical skill;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that
the form of agreement to be entered into by and between said Harry A. Bruno, archi-
tect, and the City of Alameda, submitted to this Council and filed. with the City'
Clerk of the City of Alameda this day, and the terms, agreements and provisions
thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby author-
ized and directed to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf cf the City. of
Alameda, an agreement substantially in the form and containing the covenants, agree-
ments and provisions set forth in the aforesaid form of agreement.
