ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR OPERATING REFRESHMENT
CONCESSION IN VASHINGTON 01711, LINCOLN PARK, KRUSI
PARE, MCKINLEY PARK AND GODFREY PARK FOR THR PERIOD
COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1958 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,
1959, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLKEK TO
ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 3, 1957, No. MS 12.-57-21t,
for operating refreshment concession in ',Yashington Park, Lincoln Park, Krusi Park,
McKinley Park and Godfrey Park, in the City of Alameda, California, for the period
commencing January 1, 1958 and ending December 31, 1959, be, and the same are Hereby
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids no to the hoar of 735 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 1957, for
the privilege of operating the refreshment concesslon in Washington Park, Lincoln
Park, Krusi Par,, McKinley Park and Godfrey Park, in accordance with said Specifica-
tions and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall,
in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Bid
for Operating Refreshment Concession in Parks', or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who sub-
mits th e highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all Cids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications.

lar meeting assembled on the 3rd day of December, 1907, . by the following vote,
