BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the incumbent of the position of Radio Tech-
nician in the Police Department be placed in Stnp E of the above nambered range.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the effective date of thi s resolution shall be
December 1, 1957.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede
those portions of hesolution No. 5656, and cf any other resolution in conflict
herewith., and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict
only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
