WHEREAS, there has heretofore been flied. witE and approved by this Council..
a Final Kap r that certain nroposed subdivision known as Unit No. I, South .Shore,
Tract No. 1866, said approval being given by and through Resolution No. 56.83 of the
Council of the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the subdividers of said. Unit No. 2, Bouth Shore, Trv.et No. 18E6,
have nroposed. oartain amendments to swid Final Map as embodied in that aertain map
entitled. "Amended Map of Tract 1866, South Shore Unit No. 1, Alameda, Colitoroia"
a.nd dated December, 1957, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Alameda, narked. "Filed January 7, 1958."; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City. of Alameda. is fully informed of the
nature of said amendments;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
that certain Amended Map of Tract 18.66, as described. above, be, and the same is
heryby awproved, zubject to the same terms and. conditions as contained. within
Resolution No. 5683,
