WHEREAS, on t 12th day of' June, 1957, an agreement was entered into by
and between ti-le Renard Caterin7 Service and the City of Al.moda, relating to the
Golf Course ClubhousGe Rootaurant concession; and
W,HEREAS, a modification of such agreement has now been prorosod; and
WHEREAS, the 0) /7 of the City 7 Alameda is aware of the contents of
the said. proposad modATication and flnds tiGem to be in the best interests of the
City of Alameda that su,GIG modAfication be entered into;
NOW ThLREgORE., BE IT R=GLZD BY THE COUNCIL, OF' PPE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the. City. of Alameda be, and he is hereby authorized to execute, for
and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain modification of the agreement by
and between Renard Catering Service and the City of Alameda, dated Juno 12, 1957$
and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to SaMO.
