RESOLPETt, FURTHER, that the City Attorney bo, and ee is hereby, directed
to commenco condemnation proceedings in eminent domain for the, acqisition of said
lot, piece or parcel of land, and. tnat the Mayor be, and. he is aereby, instructed,
authorized end directed, for and on behalf of said City and its City Council, to
subscribe to and. verify a complaint, and to subscribe any an,21 all. other necessary
papers and documents, in the Suhurior Mutt of said Alameda County for the condemna-
tion of said lot, 'piece or 'parcel of land for the purposes set out above.
