RESOLUTION OF TBE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
RELATING TO A CERTAIN TEMPORARY HOUSING PROJECT
(ENCINAL) OWNED BY TEL CITY OF ALAMEDA AND
DETERMINING THAT THE NEED FOR THE OPERATION- OF
HousING ON A PART OF SAID PROJECT HAS PASSED.
RESOLVED RY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
It is hereby declared and determined that there is no longer any need
for the operation of a temporary housing project en that portion of the Encinal
Housing Project, CAL-4113, which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set out
herein.
