AMENDING. SALARY RESOLUTION NO, 5656 BY ADDING THERETO
THE POSITION OF ENGINEERING ASSISTANT, IN THE STREET
AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that subsection
Paragraph 2, Section 2, of Resolution No. 5656 he, and the same is hereby amended.
by adding thereto the position of Engineering Assistant, in the Street and Engi-
neering Department, as fellows

HE IT FU-ETHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall
be March 1, 1958.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede
those portions of Resolution No. 5656, and of any other resolution in conflict here-
with, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby rescinded and annulled.
