RESOLUTION OF THE COUTCIL OF THE CITY OP ALAMEDA
SUPPLEMENTAL TO RESOLUTION NO, 5312, DIRECT:NG TEE
BAN OF AMERICA, U. T. & S. A., FISCAL AGENT UNDER
SAID RESOLUTION NO. 5312, SECTION 5.06(6)(d), TO
PURCHASE GIT7. OF ALAMEDA 0E2-ST9EET PARKING.
REVENUE BONDS AS SET CUT BELOW,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5312, authorizing the issuancn of City of Alameda
Off-Street Parking Revenue Bonds, provides under Section 5.05(6)(d) that moneys in
thn Surplus Revenue Fund may be applied by the Fiscal Agent to the purchase of Bonds
at public or private sales, provided, that no such price shall exceed the highest
redemption price or then. current redemption price of the Bonds so purchased; and
WHEREAS, from timo to timh such Bonds become available for purchase,
wherein it is in the City' s best interest to purchase such Bonds;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL 0 THE CITY OP ALAMEDA that
the Bank of America, N. T. & S. A., San Francisco, California, Fiscal Agent, be,
and is hereby, instructed to purchase said Bonds when available, upon the instruc-
tion and direction of the City Manager of tne Citycf Alameda, and in the name of
the City cf Alameda, all pursuant to Suction 5.08(6)(d) of Resolution Mb. 5312 of
the City of Alameda.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the lhth day of March, 1956, by the following vote, to wit:
