NO. 1849 SUBMIWTEZ BY BAY ViEW DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore te r filed with and approved. by. this Council
tentative map of thht certain proposed subdivision. known ah Tract No. 184.N; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider •of said Tract No. 180.2D, Bay View Development
Corporation, has agreed to enter into a contract with the City of Alameda, agreeing
to construct certain improvements upon said Tract and to post with. the City Clerk
of the City of Alameda a faithful performance bond in the amount of ,2.6,000.00 to
aa/arantee performance of said contract; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has filed its Final Map of said Traht No. 184.9
with this Council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY Tea COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Final Map of Tract No. 18129 be, and the same ih hereby approved, subject to
executihn by the subdivider of Olo contract herp=wirbefore mentioned.
