NOW THERETOEi, BE IT RESOLVED BY Tlii5 CO'UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
thh nforesaid Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and flied as
aforesaid, be, and the same are iiereby a.T,T,-rolred and adopted,

fied in said Spenifications and Provision be, and. the same is. hereby authorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda. will receive
sealed bids up hp the hour of 10:05 o,clock a.m- on MONDAY, HAY 19, 1958 for fur-
nishing to the City of labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necas.sary
for thn work 11 .1 referro& to, in. eccordne with. said Specifications, and
Provisions. Bids must be presented. to the City Clerk, in. the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed. cover and plainly marked on the outside, 'Proposal for
Street Construction at Park Streer and. Otis Drive, or similar des:rm:nation.
Cortrapt, if oioarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Ch..arter of thn City of Alameda, to the rosponsiblo bidder who submits th.6 lowest and
