RESOLUTION NO. 5822
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE CITY PLANNING BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
'Provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination
of the M avor, FREDERICK S. CURREN is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing July 1,
1958, and expiring on June 30, 1961, and to serve until his successor is appointed
and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1958, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
