AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND THE'ALAMEDA
CITY GARBAGE ASSOCIATION, DATED FEBRUARY 1, 1956,
RELATING TO CHARGES MADE AT THE REFUSE DUMP.
WEEREAS, on February 1, 1956 the City of Alameda and t a Alameda City
Garbage Association entered into a certain agreement relating to scavenger service
for the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, both parties deem it mutually advisable and agreeable to modify
said agreement insofar as the charges to be made at the refuse dump; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is fully aware of the contents
of said Modification as filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby authorized to execute, for
and cn behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain Modification of Contract by and
between the City of Alameda and the Alameda City Garbage Association entered into or
February 1, 1956, said Modification relating to the charges to be made at the refuse
damp of the City of Alameda. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the 3ame,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1958, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
