RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL 00 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to the pro-
visions of Section 34270 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California,
CECIL BURNLEY be, and he is hereby, appointed as Commissioner nf the Housing
Authority of the City of Alameda for a term eornnaflcinE on August 11, 1958, and
expiring on August 10, 1962, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is
qualified.
