BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be
September 1, 1958.

RESOLVED, FhaTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede
those portions of Resolution No. 5614, and of any other resolution in conflict here-
witn, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby rescinded and annulled.
