FIXING THE RATE AND LEMMING A TAX ON ALL REAL AND
PERS= PROPERTY TIT TRE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1958-1959 AND APPORTIONING- THE SAME
AMONG THE SEVERAL FUNDS OF TH1R CITY.
RESORTED ITY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIITY OF ALAMEDA that the rate of city taxes
to bh levied. for the fiscal ybar beginning july 1, 1958 and. ending Juno 30, 1959,
upon all property assessed for taxation within the corporate limits of the City of
Alameda on the basis of the valuation thereof as shown by thu assessment rolls in
tbe office of the City Assessor of said City be, an thn same is hereby, fixnd as
followsl
At the rate of two hundrei . and twenty-six cents.. (22.62) on enob
one hundred dollars MOO) of assdssed valuation. of said property
on the Unsecured Roll; and
At the rate of two hundred and forty-four cents (244) on each
one hundred dollars ($1(0) of assessed valuation of said property
on the Secured Roll; and
BE IT FURTRER RESOLVED tnat, for the purpose of raising the necessary
revenue for said City for the fiscal year 19358-1,959, a tax bo, and the same is
hereby, fixed and levied on each and every one hundred dollars ( 1OO) of assessed
valuation of ell taxable property, real and personal, within the corporate limits
of said Cita', as follows:
On property on thp Unsecured Roll, at the rate of Two and 26.2100
Dollars 02.26); and
On property on tne Secured Roll, at the raLe of Two and 44/100
Dolfiars P2.44); and
BE II' FURTHER RESOLVED that said tax, ann. the moneys arising therefrom,
when collected, shall be, and the same are hereby, appropria8 ed. to and e:eportioned
among the several funds, special purposes and bonded 133 13 the City here-
inafter designated, in the proportion and amounts respectively set forth opposite
