A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSE2SME73' TS AND
PROVIDING FOR ISSMANDE OF BONDS.

RESOLVED, by the City CoenciH. of the City of Alameda, California, that
WHEREAS, said C11 did on. June 17, 1958 pass and adopt its Resolution
No. 5798 of Preliminary Determination and of intentihn relating to the construction
of punlic Lmprovements in said. City under and pursuant to the provisions of Article 4
of Chapter 6 of the Alameda 73 "n Code, and did therein provide that serial bbndm
w1 ulh. be issued thereunder pursuant to the provisions of Bond. Plan C, Article
Charter 6 of said pods, reference to said. (131313 '1' of Preliminmry Determination
and. of intention hereby being eXnresely made for further particulars;
WHEREAS, notice of the recordation of the assessment and of the time withln
whIch assessments may be paid in cash, has been duiy published and mailed in the man-
ner provided by said Code, and the time so provided for receiving the payment of
assessments in cash has expired, and on September 15, 1968, the Sr of
Streets nab filed with the City Clerk a list of all assessments which now remsin
unnaid; and
WHEREAS, the Council has duly considered said list and has determined
that the samb Is an accurate statement thereof;
OW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREHY ORDERED, as follows:
That the assessments in said anpain list which rnv remain unpaid,
and the aggregate thereof, are as shown on Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by refer-
ence made a part hereof.
