RESOLVED, by the City Council. of the City of Alameda, California, that

for bids for the sale of improvement hoods to be issuad pursuant to Resolution 0
5798 of PrelimAnary Determination and of Intention ado, ted. by. thls Council on

said bids to be received. by said Cler1 . at or before the hour of
7:30 '(-Lock P.M. of Tuesday, the 7th day of Oatober, 1950, or to be rbblicly
opened, emamAned and declmred at said time in the regular meeting place of said.
Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Alameda, California. Said notice in form to
be prepared by Kirkbride, Nilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, shall be given by publication
()nee in the Alameda Times-Star, a newspaaar published. in said City, at least ten. days

Wilson,bEarzfeati a Wallace, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approving tha
lagblity of the proceedings and the issuamce of said bonds.
