RESOLVD, by the city Council of tbe City of Alameda, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5798 of Preliminary Determination and
C f Intention adopted by said Council on Juhe 17, 1958$ and its Resolution callirz
for bids on. sale of bonds pursuant tnereto adopted. on September 16, 1958, notice of
said sale has been duly given;
WEERFAS, this is the time and plane fixed therein for receiving bids for
the purchase of said bonds, and said bids nave been received an.1 . publicly opened,
examined and declared by this Council.;
NOW THEREFORE:, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
I. Tbat 71 ll. written. bidn received for ten purchase of said bonds, except
the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said. bonds be, and
they are hereby, ordnred sold. to C. N. WHITE LeCO. as the highest responsible
bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms anb conditions set forth
in thh Notice of Salo of eald bonds end in said accepted. hid,
2. That ten City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to f,ave said bonds
pri0 ted. forthwith, and. that the same be imnedistely signed, sealed. and delivured. to
sai71 . bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as above stated and unon. thr performance
of the conditions contaibed in said. written offer.
3. Tint the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed
at the rate stated in said bid,.
