WHEREAS, there bas been propoaed certain agyeements by and betmleqn thc City
of Alameda. ard Watson Communication Eginearing and atson. Communication Systems,
relatinF to the maintenance and leasing of' radio equipment; and
WHEEEAS, the Council of the City of Alameda. is fully aware of tha contents
oC said agreements; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in. tha best interests of the City of Alameda that
said contracts be executed:
NOW THEREHORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE GITY OE ALLMEDA that
tne City Mmin.a.mpr of tno City of Alameda. be, and he is hereby authorized to exmcute
for and on bonalf tne City of Alameda.. that chrtain contract by and btween tLe
City of Alameda and Watson 33"'"' 11 Engineering, relating to the maintenance of
radio equipment, as on Tile in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Alameda.
HE IT FURATHER RESOLVED that the City Mnager be, and hd is hereby author-
ized to execute for and on behalf of the City of 33 33 tnat cartain contract by and.
betwEen the City of '33 33 and Watson Commqmication Systems, Inc., relating to the
leasing of radio equipment, as on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Alameda.
